- To produce quality technicians and technical workers who are responsible, productive, self-disciplined products of vocational, technological, and scientific education and prepared for the middle and upper level skill requirements of business and industry.
- To develop and offer relevant vocational technological programs focused on the needs of the developing economy and which contribute to the reduction of socio-economic problems through the effective use of natural and human resources.
